Alliances With Other Regions?

I have proposed alliances with other regions. This is in case there is an invasion of our region, we can call on oter regions to help defend us. This may be expanded into a interregional government with time.

The regions I have contacted about this are:

Stargate (the UN delegate said that they wouldn't accept it now)

System Lords (Accepted)
Tacoma (They said maybe)
Empire of Independent States (they said maybe)
Pegasus Galaxy (They said maybe)
British Columbia (Maybe)
Seattle (I haven't heard back from them)
